- Conversations: Your conversations with Bert happen entirely on your local machine. We never see, store, or have access to what you ask or what Bert responds.
- Files: Any files you reference using @ syntax are processed locally. We never receive or store your files.
- Personal Data: Beyond your email, we do not collect names, addresses, payment information, or other personal details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate and validate your weekly access tokens

Your conversations and local files are stored only on your own device and are never transmitted to us.

- Service Providers: We use Railway for hosting. They process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

- Email addresses: Retained as long as you use Bert CLI. You can request deletion at any time.
- Token usage data: Retained for 90 days for analytics, then aggregated and anonymized.
- Conversations: Never stored by us. Managed entirely on your local device.
